A leading gaming company is looking for a German CUSTOMER SUPPORT MANAGER to join their well established team in Tel Aviv!

You will manage and grow a German speaking customer service team, currently around 10 people, to support their casino brand players.

Description:
Managing a team of customer support representatives; maintaining customer satisfaction by providing problem-solving resources; recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, supervising, assigning, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees;
enforcing policies and procedures; identifying customer service trends; using Business Intelligence in order to analyze/improve customer service.

REQUIREMENTS:
- German Mother Tongue - MUST
- Experience in a managerial role - MUST
- Online gaming experience - MUST
- Excellent project-management and time-management skills
- Strong corporate encouraging innovation, professional practice and pro-activity
- Target oriented, analyzing information, developing standards
