Responsible for full cycle recruiting activities for developers in local and remote offices, including technical sourcing activities, the partnership with hiring managers, key agencies and interviewing.
Find and engage with active and passive candidates from online databases, contact lists, internal databases, social media, and employee referrals
Responsible for sourcing strategies, leverage resources, and share information which creates an efficient search process. Your mission is to generate a high volume and high-quality pipeline of candidates
Enhance superb candidate experience, maintain relationships and communication for both managers and candidates through the interviewing process
What you bring:
-5+ years experience in sourcing, pipelining and recruiting.
-2+ years experience working for a fast growing high-tech company.
Proven sourcing expertise utilizing advanced internet resources
Fluent Russian/Ukrainian — a must!
Previous experience in conducting phone and face to face interviews
Experience in initiating employer branding activities and optimizing candidate experience
Relevant academic degree
